Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and investors. Your primary focus will be connecting with leads, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation \& Outbound Calling: Contact prospective clients from provided databases to introduce new housing projects, commercial properties, and investment opportunities.
• Client Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their budget, location preferences, property type (1BHK/2BHK/3BHK/Commercial), and buying timeline.
• Appointment Scheduling: Pitch relevant property options and invite interested clients for site visits or consultations with senior sales experts.
• Follow-up Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to guide them through the buying pipeline.
• Database Maintenance: Accurately record client interactions, feedback, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and monthly site visit milestones.

• Base Salary: Competitive fixed monthly salary.
