About the Role

BRIPTECH is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our services and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain BRIPTECH's services professionally

Understand customer requirements

Follow up with interested customers

Generate and qualify leads

Maintain customer and call records

Coordinate with the sales team

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in telecalling, sales or customer support

Freshers are welcome to apply

Good communication skills

Confident and positive attitude

Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to learn and achieve targets
