Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain insurances and services to customers over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend or services.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly .
• Maintain customer information and call records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of telesales or telecalling experience is required.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
• Candidates should be target-oriented and customer-focused.
