Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers in the United States. Communicate professionally with customers and explain products or services.

Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

Good English communication skills with fluency and confidence. Willingness to work in an international voice process.

Prior experience in international BPO, telecalling, or outbound sales is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work in US business hours.
