Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair work at our hotel/resort. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance to ensure all guest rooms and hotel facilities remain in good working condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair work in guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and common areas. Handle basic electrical repairs, including lights, switches, fans, and sockets. Attend to plumbing issues such as water leakage, taps, flush systems, and drainage. Inspect and maintain air conditioners, pumps, motors, and other equipment. Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns. Respond promptly to guest and departmental maintenance complaints. Maintain swimming pool equipment and other resort facilities as required. Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained. Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required. Follow hotel safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment. RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or building maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC maintenance. Ability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance problems. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests.
