Production Helper

Key Responsibilities Assist in Batching Operations : Support the batch operator in feeding raw materials (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures) to hoppers and silos. Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production. Loading Support : Assist in positioning and guiding transit mixers during loading. Help check the proper discharge of concrete into trucks. Plant Cleaning & Housekeeping : Clean mixers, conveyors, hoppers, and other plant equipment after each batch. Maintain general cleanliness of the plant area, ensuring safe and clutter-free surroundings. Material Handling : Unload and store incoming raw materials. Refill admixture tanks and monitor usage under supervision. Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. Report unsafe conditions, leaks, or machinery faults to supervisors. Miscellaneous Duties : Assist maintenance personnel during plant shutdown or routine maintenance. Perform other related duties as instructed by the supervisor or plant in-charge.
