We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated Factory Workers / Production Helpers to join our cardboard manufacturing and packaging factory in Madhyamgram, Kolkata. The selected candidates will assist with cardboard production, corrugated box manufacturing, packing, material handling, and other daily factory operations.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in manufacturing cardboard sheets, corrugated sheets, cartons, and packaging boxes.

Help operate and monitor cardboard cutting, corrugation, pasting, and packaging machines under supervision.

Pack, bundle, label, and arrange finished cardboard boxes for dispatch.

Load, unload, move, and stack raw materials and finished products.

Check product quality and report damaged or defective materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization on the factory floor.

Follow factory safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

Support daily production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Reduce material wastage and handle products carefully.

Assist with general factory work as required.
