Sales Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, handle customer inquiries, coordinate quotations and orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales engineers, suppliers, and internal departments. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, phone, and other channels. Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and customer requirements. Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payments. Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM/Excel records. Coordinate dispatches and provide customers with delivery updates. Understand basic industrial automation products and their applications. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets. Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
