Field Sales Executive

Field Relationship Manager (FRM) 18-25k salary (including petrol allowance) Incentives will be seperate (up to 8k a month) Week off on Tuesday

• Coordinating with prospective tenants and the TRM team for property visits.
• Accompanying clients during property visits and representing the company professionally.
• Collecting tenant KYC documents and other required documentation.
• Conducting property inspections and coordinating property handovers and move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinating with tenants, property owners, and internal teams for property-related requirements.
• Following up on maintenance issues, documentation, and pending operational tasks.
• Maintaining daily reports of field visits, activities, and completed tasks. Keep the JD focused on fieldwork, client coordination, and property operations. The position will require regular travel to properties across areas within 15km radius of their current residence.
