Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent / Advisor to promote and sell insurance products while helping customers choose the right coverage for their needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or financial services. No English proficiency is required. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking and referrals. Explain insurance plans, policy benefits, and coverage options to clients. Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements. Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and documentation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize incentive earnings. Keep clients informed about new products and policy updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
