Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and corporate clients.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless front-desk operations.
• Handle visitor interactions professionally.
• Support appointments and visitor coordination.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality, and customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or hospitality.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent guest-handling abilities.
• Experience in premium hotels or corporate offices preferred.
