Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and clients professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest services.
• Manage visitor interactions and maintain front-of-house standards.
• Ensure a positive guest experience through professional assistance.
• Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and guest-handling etiquette.
• Experience in premium hotels, luxury residential properties, or corporate offices preferred.

Pay

Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
