This isn't a typical social media job.

You won't just be posting content - you'll be sitting in the room. You'll get a front-row seat to how a Founder thinks, writes, builds, and lives - the board meetings, the early morning ideas scribbled before coffee, the home, the family, the unfiltered version of building a personal brand from scratch.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely hungry to learn - not just how to make a good Reel, but how to think like a Founder, tell a story that moves people, and build something real alongside someone who's done it before, more than once.

If you're the kind of person who screenshots aesthetic Instagram grids for inspiration, rewrites captions in your head before falling asleep, and gets a little too excited about a well-cut Reel - this is your sign.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Creating content across Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and the likes - carousels, Reels, captions, the whole mix

Designing and editing - from static posts to short-form video

Getting close, hands-on mentorship - not distant management, real access to how decisions get made

Helping shape a personal brand in real time, not executing a playbook someone else already wrote

Bringing your own ideas to the table - we want your instincts, not just your execution

Who We're Looking For

Freshers are genuinely welcome - we care far more about your eye, your curiosity and your hustle than your resume

A strong pull toward social media, storytelling and personal branding

Comfort with Instagram and LinkedIn; bonus if you already play in Threads, X or YouTube

Some design chops - Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or whatever you've taught yourself

Writing that has a voice - captions people actually stop scrolling for

A sharp eye for what looks and feels good

Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, women leaders, mentorship and community

The ability to take a brand's tone and run with it

A proactive streak - you'd rather try something and adjust than wait to be told

Someone who takes feedback well and grows fast from it

You're a Great Fit If You Have

Internships, college projects, or a personal content page you're proud of

A portfolio - Reels, designs, anything that shows how you think visually

Experience running a college, community, or personal social page

Design or editing skills you picked up on your own

A real, unforced love for content and social media

No specific degree required. If you can show us you can think, design and write - that's what matters here.
