Key Responsibilities

As an Immigration Consultant Trainee, you will receive structured training and gradually develop into a Global Immigration Consultant.

Your responsibilities include

• Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads.
• Understand clients' immigration goals through detailed consultations.
• Guide clients regarding Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Business Immigration, Investment Migration, Student Visas, Golden Visas and Citizenship Programs.
• Explain immigration pathways based on current immigration laws, policies and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct professional consultations and build long-term client relationships.
• Convert qualified prospects into successful clients through ethical and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Consistently achieve monthly performance and revenue targets.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of global immigration programs through internal training.

Eligibility

• Fresh Graduates (Any Discipline)
• 0–2 Years of Experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales aptitude is an advantage but not mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
