Sales Executive – Telecalling

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle telecalling, lead conversion, and client engagement. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech or Stock Market/Trading will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
• Handle incoming leads and convert them into customers.
• Explain products, services, courses, or trading-related offerings clearly to prospects.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in EdTech and/or Stock Market/Trading is preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
