KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
• Explain courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures confidently.
• Counsel prospective students and parents to help them choose suitable courses.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Convince prospective students, address their concerns, and close admission leads.
• Build trust with students and parents to improve admission conversion rates.
• Manage front office operations, calls, appointments, and student records.
• Maintain enquiry databases and achieve admission targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
• Confidence in handling objections and persuading prospective students.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge and good organizational skills.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
