• Hairline \& Aesthetic Design: Map out the natural frontal hairline, angles, depth, and direction of growth tailored to facial proportions and age.
• Donor Harvesting (FUE): Supervise or personally extract individual follicular units from the donor area (occipital/sides) using micro-motor punches (typically 0.6–0.8 mm).
• Sapphire Channel Creation: Utilize ultra-sharp, V-shaped synthetic sapphire crystal blades to create precise micro-incisions/channels in the recipient site, minimizing tissue trauma and accelerating healing.
• Pen Implantation (DHI / Choi Pen): Load and deploy specialized implanter pens to simultaneously or consecutively insert grafts into the scalp at exact angles and depths without root damage.
• Surgical Team Oversight: Direct technicians and assistant nurses during sorting, preservation (in hypothermic/nutrient solutions), and implantation phases.
• Post-Operative Care \& Follow-Up: Manage immediate recovery protocols, inspect healing progress at 48–72 hours, and monitor long-term hair growth milestones (3 to 12 months)
