Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.
• Promote insurance products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility

• MBA graduates (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or related specializations).
• Graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
