We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Associate – Field Marketing to promote our training programs, connect with educational institutions, and generate student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote training programs.
• Generate leads through college visits, student interactions, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Follow up with prospective students and guide them regarding available training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, faculty members, and students.
• Organize and coordinate educational seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Convert prospective leads into course registrations and enrollments.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and enrollment targets.
• Maintain daily field activity reports and follow-up records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Interest in field marketing, sales, student engagement, and educational promotions.
• Ability to interact confidently with students, faculty members, and college representatives.
• Willingness to travel locally for college visits and promotional activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler or other suitable personal vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Must be willing to travel for field visits across Visakhapatnam and nearby areas.
