Telecaller

Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property projects. · Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries. · Follow up with interested customers and generate leads. · Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, and payment options. · Schedule site visits for interested customers. · Maintain customer details and call records. · Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings. · Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
