Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Title: Business development Manager Industry: Iron & Steel / Metals Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage sales operations, develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the iron and steel industry. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Promote and sell iron, steel, and metal products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Required Skills
