Field Officer – Merchant Relationship Management Project: Google Pay (GPay) Company: NetAmbit Locations: Patna / Chennai Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Job DescriptionWe are hiring Field Officers to manage existing Google Pay merchants, build strong merchant relationships, increase UPI transactions, and promote digital payment products. Key ResponsibilitiesManage 200–300 existing merchant IDs (MIDs). Visit merchants regularly and maintain good relationships. Increase merchant transactions and reactivate inactive merchants. Resolve merchant payment and device-related issues. Promote Google Pay Soundpod and Goldie products. Improve merchant engagement and retention. Update daily field visits and follow-ups in the NetOne application. Achieve assigned business targets. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or merchant handling. Experience in GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, QR Code, Soundbox, POS or fintech is preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Must be comfortable with daily field visits. Knowledge of the local language is preferred; basic Hindi is required.
