Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships. Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and market research. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners. Promote the venue for corporate parties, private events, group bookings, and special occasions. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client requirements. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Track sales performance, maintain client databases, and prepare regular reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
