Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Care Executives to assist customers, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information while maintaining professional communication and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is required.

Very good English communication skills.

Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi.

Good listening, communication, and customer-service skills.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn process-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.

Provide accurate information based on the assigned process.

Record customer interactions and update relevant details in the system.

Follow established procedures and service-quality standards.

Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate team.

Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.

Work Schedule

5 working days per week.

2 rotational weekly offs.

Shift timings and rotational shift requirements will be explained during the recruitment process.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru. Candidates should meet the stated education and language requirements and be comfortable working according to the assigned schedule.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
