About this job

Call shortlisted candidates from the provided database/lists and confirm their interest and availability.

Schedule online interviews (Google Meet/Zoom/Teams) and share joining links with candidates and interviewers.

Send reminders to candidates before scheduled interviews to reduce no-shows.

Maintain an updated tracker of calls made, responses, scheduled interviews, and outcomes.

Coordinate with the hiring team to align interview slots and reschedule when required.

Maintain a polite, professional tone representing the company in every interaction

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
