Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of Indian sweets such as laddoo, barfi, gulab jamun, rasgulla, peda, jalebi, and other traditional products.

Prepare snacks and namkeen items as required.

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils safely.

Monitor cooking temperatures and food quality standards.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.

Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.

Check raw materials for quality and freshness before use.

Maintain stock of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.

Assist in packaging and storage of finished products.

Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

Experience
