Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for material packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
• Verify material quantity and product details before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch registers, delivery records, and transporter details.
• Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
• Handle customer and transporter queries related to dispatch and delivery.
