Palliative Care Nurse

• Assess the patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Manage pain and other distressing symptoms effectively.
• Administer medications safely and monitor their effects.
• Provide compassionate care to improve the patient's quality of life.
• Educate patients and their families about the illness and treatment plan.
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes promptly.
• Assist with end-of-life care while respecting the patient's wishes and dignity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for the patient's comfort, safety, and rights.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
