Sales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, clear-speaking Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, converting leads into sales, and doing timely follow-ups with existing customers for pending payments and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Calling: Call prospective customers using provided leads to explain our products/services and generate sales.
• Payment Follow-ups: Follow up politely and consistently with existing clients to collect pending payments, invoices, or subscriptions.
• Lead Conversion \& Follow-up: Track potential buyers and conduct regular follow-up calls until deals are closed.
• Customer Support: Answer basic customer queries regarding product details, pricing, and payment methods over the phone or WhatsApp.
• Record Keeping: Update daily call status, payment updates, and customer notes in our records (Excel/CRM).

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Communication: Clear verbal communication skills in \[Insert Languages, e.g., Hindi, English, or Local Language].
• Phone Etiquette: Politely and professionally handle sales objection calls and soft payment reminders.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic CRM systems.
• Education: Graduate in any stream.

₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
