Sales Officer – Consumer Loan Against Property (CLAP)

About the Role

We are hiring energetic Sales Officers for our Consumer Loan Against Property (CLAP) division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving open market lead generation through field marketing, cold calling, and customer referrals, as well as converting internal branch leads into successful loan logins.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field marketing and cold calling in assigned catchment areas to generate business leads.
• Visit local markets and distribute promotional materials (brochures) to prospective customers.
• Connect with customers, evaluate their business loan requirements, and pitch appropriate C-LAP products.
• Follow up on branch-referred leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Collect complete sets of documentation as per login checklists and ensure smooth submission.
• Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and obtain at least two customer references per transaction.
• Achieve monthly targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Education: Any Graduate degree.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Financial Product Sales. (Enthusiastic Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.
• Skills: Strong sales pitch, effective communication, relationship building, and basic market knowledge.

Pay

₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
