Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle our Down South operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing SO/ASE team and expanding distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for primary \& secondary sales target achievement for Down South region

• Lead, train and manage a team of 8-12 SOs / ASEs

• Appoint new distributors, super stockists and retailers

• Daily market visits and team tour plan review

• Expand numeric distribution and ensure product availability

• Execute schemes, promotions and new product launches

• Distributor payment collection \& no overdue

• Daily Sales Reporting (DSR) and competitor tracking

• Conduct weekly sales review meetings

Requirements \& Skills

• Experience: 2 to 6 years in FMCG Sales (Food Product Industry MUST)

• Current Designation: SO / Sr. SO / ASM

• Must have team handling \& distributor handling experience

• Strong knowledge of Down South market

• Must have Two-Wheeler \& Valid Driving License

• Education: Any Degree, MBA Marketing preferred

• Language: Tamil \& English

• Age: Below 35 years
