Network Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, modems, wireless access points, and fiber-optic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on network equipment.
• Monitor network performance and respond to outages, degradation, or customer-reported issues in a timely manner.
• Support the activation and testing of new customer connections (residential and commercial).
• Work with engineering teams to implement network upgrades and expansions.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with the planning of network layouts.
• Document network configurations, updates, and service records.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety and industry standards during all field and technical operations.
