About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Part-Time Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our financial services, generating leads, and scheduling follow-ups with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain the company's financial products and services clearly.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Friendly attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from the office on a part-time schedule.
