Cashier

Qualification: Graduate (preferably B.com )

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cashiering or billing

Hospital Experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments from patients and customers through cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.

• Generate bills, receipts, and invoices accurately.

• Maintain daily cash records and ensure proper cash handling.

• Reconcile daily collections with billing records and report discrepancies.

• Handle refunds and payment-related queries as per hospital policies.

• Coordinate with the billing and accounts departments regarding payment transactions.

• Maintain accurate financial records and submit daily collection reports.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

• Provide courteous assistance to patients and their families.

• Follow hospital procedures and financial policies.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.

• Good numerical and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

• Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle patients and customers professionally.
