Order Processing Executive – E-commerce (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra) Your Work Process daily orders on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal and Shopify Generate invoices, labels and manifests, and hand over shipments to the courier on time Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing and dispatch Handle returns and RTOs by checking items, updating status and raising claims where needed Keep stock updated across all marketplaces to avoid cancellations Track pending, delayed and cancelled orders and resolve them quickly Maintain daily order and dispatch reports in Excel / Google Sheets What We Need 1–2 years of experience in marketplace order processing Working knowledge of at least one seller panel (Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra) preferred Basic Excel skills (data entry, filters; VLOOKUP is a plus) Basic English reading and good Hindi communication Attentive to detail, punctual and able to meet daily dispatch deadlines
