• Head Chef / Master Chef
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in restaurant kitchen management, recipe standardization, and taste consistency.
• Biryani & Bagara Master
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Experience: Expert in preparing authentic Dum Biryanis, Chitti Mutiyalu Pulav, and various Bagara Rice varieties.
• Tandoor Master
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
• Experience: Experienced in making Tandoori Kebabs, Tikka, Fish Tandoor, Roti, and Naan.
• Chinese / Wok Master
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• Experience: Proficient in preparing Soups, Noodles, Fried Rice, and fast-moving starters.
• Kitchen Helpers / Commis (2-3 Openings)
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
• Experience: Basic vegetable cutting, chopping, deep frying, kitchen cleaning, and assisting chefs. Key Responsibilities
• High-quality food preparation maintaining hygiene and standard recipes.
• Timely order execution during peak operational hours.
