Client Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: Handle client coordination from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to final order dispatch and closure. Review and process client POs, including product details, quantities, pricing and delivery timelines. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, QA/QC, Packaging and Dispatch teams for timely order execution. Follow up on raw material and packaging material availability to avoid production delays. Track production schedules, order status and committed delivery dates. Coordinate with clients for artwork, packaging, samples and other required approvals. Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals, documentation and client requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC for product release and dispatch-related documentation. Plan and coordinate with the Dispatch team for timely shipment of finished goods. Share regular order status updates and delivery timelines with clients. Maintain accurate PO records, order tracking sheets and client communication records. Proactively identify order delays and coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution. Ensure smooth execution of orders and complete client satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: Good English communication skills (Email, WhatsApp & Calls). Strong coordination, follow-up and multitasking skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and order tracking. Ability to work with multiple departments and manage client deadlines. Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude. Experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing industries preferred. Experience in order processing, sales coordination or client servicing will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
