Corporate Client Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Client Coordinator to manage corporate client data, coordinate order-related activities, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in MS Excel and internal systems.
• Manage corporate jewellery client records, including invoices, orders, client details, and product information.
• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding order status, confirmations, delivery updates, and required documentation.
• Maintain records of client communications, including emails, phone calls, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, MIS, and other documents as required.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure all records are properly maintained.
• Support the team with data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Skills \& Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and basic computer applications.
• Good typing speed with accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
• Ability to manage corporate client details, invoices, orders, and product information.
• Experience in client coordination, order follow-ups, documentation, and MIS reporting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Jewellery industry experience or corporate client handling experience will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
