Field Collection Executive

Location: Coimbatore | Salem | Delta Region (Thanjavur, Nagapattinam, Tiruvarur, Trichy, Mayiladuthurai) Position Type: Full-time (Immediate Requirement) Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services Job Summary We are looking for energetic, result-oriented Loan Recovery & Collection Executives to join our team across Coimbatore, Salem, and the Delta region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing field recovery and collection activities for overdue banking loans. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, local route knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Field Visits: Conduct daily customer visits to recover overdue loan amounts across assigned territory routes. Portfolio Management: Track and manage assigned overdue accounts (collections/recovery) to meet weekly and monthly recovery targets. Customer Negotiation: Interact with customers, explain loan payment dues, and negotiate suitable settlement/repayment plans. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of field visits, collection receipts, daily updates, and customer interaction logs. Deposit & Settlement: Ensure prompt deposit of cash/cheque collections into official bank accounts as per policy. Compliance: Strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines, ethical collection standards, and company policies during all customer interactions. Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: 10th / 12th Pass, Diploma, or any Graduate degree. Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in field collection, loan recovery, or sales (Banking/NBFC/Microfinance experience is a plus). Two-Wheeler Mandatory: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler and a Driving License. Languages: Fluency in Tamil (local dialect knowledge is highly preferred).
