BDS Fresher – Clinical Dentistry & Reception Management

We’re looking for a BDS student/ graduate who is keen to learn, enjoys interacting with people, and is ready to contribute to both patient care and clinic coordination. Along with appropriate clinical responsibilities, you’ll help in reception management and creating a smooth, organised, and welcoming experience for every patient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Support & Patient Education

• Use your BDS knowledge for basic examinations, and diagnostic x rays under appropriate supervision.
• Assist the senior dentist, as and when required
• Perform basic dental procedures as and when directed under supervision.
• Help and educate the patients in understanding oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain clear clinical notes and patient records

Front Desk & Practice Coordination

• Welcome patients, manage reception and respond to calls and enquiries.
• Coordinate and inform the senior doctor regarding appointments, follow-ups, registration, billing and records
• Handle registrations, scheduling, basic billing, documentation, and clinic-management software as required.
• Help maintain clinic readiness, monitor dental supplies, follow sterilisation, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain stocks and contribute to the efficient daily running of the clinic through clear communication and organised record-keeping.
• Manage accounts, invoice billing system and sending billing details to patients.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

• BDS student/ fresh graduate from a recognised institution.
• Have basic computer skills and are willing to learn digital clinic systems.
• Are multitasker, organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable balancing clinical and administrative tasks.
• Are eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow beyond a purely clinical role.
