Job Title: Telecaller (Credit Card Sales)

We are hiring Telecallers for our Dwarka Mor office. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain credit card features and benefits

Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Convert leads into successful credit card applications

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain accurate call records and update customer data

Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements

10th pass and above

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge

Confident, polite and target-oriented

Freshers can apply, and training will be provided
