Tele-Caller Executive
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Tele-Caller Executive with strong communication skills to handle calls, interact with clients, and support daily business operations.
Both experienced and freshers are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities \& Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients over the phone.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
- Maintain client records and update call-related information.
- Build positive relationships with clients and respond to their queries.
- A confident, target-oriented, and professional approach.
