Accountant -GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate, timely data entry of purchase, sales, expense, journal and bank entries in Busy
• GST compliance: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing, ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B, e-invoicing and e-way bills
• TDS: correct deduction, challan deposit, quarterly returns (24Q/26Q), and Form 16/16A
• Employee ESIC and PF: monthly calculation, challans and returns, plus salary reconciliation
• Import purchase booking: record imports in the books as per the Bill of Entry (assessable value, BCD, SWS, IGST, freight and clearing charges), compute landed cost, and claim IGST credit
• Account for export sales and foreign currency receipts, including exchange gain/loss, using documents from the EXIM team
• Bank reconciliation, vendor payables and customer receivables follow-up
• Coordinate with the CA for monthly closing, audit, annual returns, income tax returns and RoC filings

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
