Account Executive

• Maintain daily books of accounts, ledger entries, and financial records.
• Handle purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
• Calculate production costs, material consumption, wastage, and job-work expenses.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Process payroll and maintain employee-related accounting records.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and financial reports.
• Assist in audits, year-end closing, and financial statement preparation.
• Monitor outstanding payments, expenses, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally/ERP and Excel.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
