Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Chef specializing in Multi-Cuisine or Italian Cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes as per the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating.
• Have knowledge of Italian dishes, pasta, pizza, sauces, or multiple cuisines, depending on specialization.
• Maintain food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen.
• Basic to good knowledge of the relevant cuisine.
• Passion for cooking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
