Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Chef specializing in Multi-Cuisine or Italian Cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes as per the restaurant’s quality standards.

Assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating.

Have knowledge of Italian dishes, pasta, pizza, sauces, or multiple cuisines, depending on specialization.

Maintain food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen.

Basic to good knowledge of the relevant cuisine.

Passion for cooking, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
