Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Accounts \& Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Verify expense reports and supporting documents.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
