Customer Service Manager (CSM)

We are authorized service providers of Voltas and Bluestar Appliances. Our main office is in Atarpura, Gajraula, District Amroha.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage CRM portal of the companies.
• Assign task to Technicians and coordinate with them.
• Resolve customer requests on phone and close the calls.
• Motivate technicians to work efficiently.
• Place part orders and manage inventory.
• Reply related emails quickly and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should be graduated or above.
• He should be experienced in MS Office and Internet.
• He should have good communication skills.
• He should be able to write error-free and understandable Emails in English.
• Knowledge of RAC would be an added advantage.
