Front Desk Executive – Patient Counselling

Salary

₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients/patients warmly and ensure a professional front-desk experience.
• Brief clients/patients about the company's services, treatment programs, and available facilities.
• Understand patients' basic requirements and guide them towards the appropriate services.
• Counsel prospective clients regarding service offerings, session plans, packages, and procedures.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records, appointment registers, enquiry databases, and daily reports.
• Follow up with prospective clients to encourage appointment bookings and service conversions.
• Ensure a welcoming, organised, and professional reception environment.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; backgrounds in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
• Prior experience in front desk operations, patient counselling, healthcare reception, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• A pleasant personality with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Good organisational skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to explain services clearly and handle patient enquiries confidently.
