About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this in-office role, you will play a crucial part in driving company growth by generating and converting leads for website development, digital marketing, and software solutions. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a knack for building client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate outbound leads through cold calling, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Pitch digital marketing, website development, and custom software solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend the best-suited service packages.
• Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and client records in the CRM.
• Build strong rapport with clients to ensure high conversion rates and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or lead generation (Mandatory requirement; freshers will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, website development, or IT services is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales techniques.
• Target-oriented mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for immediate joining and in-office work in Delhi.

Pay

Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
